Founded from humble beginnings in October of 1999, Phoenix has grown steadily into a small but diverse
company offering quality professional Civil Engineering, Land Planning, and Land Surveying services in
the Kansas City Metropolitan Area. Phoenix offers these services on a more friendly and economical scale
than the large, impersonal firms. Licensed to practice in both Kansas and Missouri, we are able to succeed
by using a philosophy of placing ourselves in the shoes of our client; always fighting for our clients' rights,
and cutting costs. We have a reputation as being a Developer's Engineering Company. Phoenix
management believes in using cutting edge technology to continue to provide our clients with a quality
product in a timely manner.
